Analysis On Technology Innovation Model In The International Development Of Huawei

With the deepening development of economic globalization,more and more Chinese enterprises go out of country.Faced with a more competitive international market,the enterprises must have their own core technology and continue to carry out technological innovation.So that they can keep up with the pace of times and go further in the international arena.Nowadays,the rapid development of science and technology,technology is profoundly changing the world.We are entering an intelligent era.People are eager to communicate more closely,and the connection is redefining our lives.The connection will bring us more open,close cooperation and more efficient innovation.In many of the implementation of international development strategy of the enterprise,Huawei hopes to build a connected world,which makes it stand out.As a leading global information and communications technology(ICT)solutions provider,Huawei has made remarkable achievements in the development of internationalization.Huawei has achieved the world-class level in technological innovation.It is necessary for us to analyze the mode of technological innovation,so as to provide reference for other international development enterprises.In this paper,based on the theory of technological innovation model and the development of Huawei,we analyze its technological innovation model in the international development of Huawei.First of all,this paper introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of the technological innovation model.we mainly analyze the concept of technological innovation.According to the different sources of technological innovation,the technological innovation model was divided into three kinds: Imitation innovation model,cooperation innovation model and independent innovation model.Then,we analyze the enterprise's technological innovation ability and mode choice,the interaction between international development and technological innovation.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of Huawei's international development and the status quo of technological innovation,which will lay the foundation for the analysis of Huawei's technological innovation model in the international development.Thirdly,we analyze the guiding ideology,influencing factors and basic principles of the choice of technological innovation mode in Huawei's international development.We analyzes three kinds of technological innovation modes of Huawei's international development.Finally,we analyzes the implementation strategy of Huawei's international development technology innovation model from the aspects of human resource management,R&D management,strategic management,project management and cultural management.At the end of the paper,it is the revelation and conclusion of this article.
