The Study On Satisfaction Of The Farmers Who Have Not Participated In Rural Tourism Development Practice

In recent years, the government pays attention to the construction of socialisticharmonious society, social harmony as an important goal of building a moderatelyprosperous society. Our country with a vast territory, large population, is the importantfoundation of constructing the socialism harmonious society. Rural tourism isconsider to be an effective means of building a new socialist countryside and aharmonious society as an important form of tourism. Under this background, thispaper to study life’s satisfaction of the farmers who have not participated in ruraltourism development practice, which deeply concern about the living conditions ofrural residents. This article causes people to think the harmonious development ofrural tourism and community residents, in order to promote the healthy developmentof rural tourism, sustainable income growth, and finally achieve the harmony andstability of the society.The paper consists of five parts. The first part introduces the researchbackground, purpose and meaning, the research ideas. Then explains the frameworkstructure, clarifies the research method. Finally, the paper points out the researchinnovation and limitations. The second part is on the theory and empirical researchsummary of rural tourism at home and abroad. The third part is the theory part of theframework, expounds the theoretical basis and influencing factors, analyzes theaffecting factors and its action mechanism of the farmers’ satisfaction who have notparticipated in rural tourism development practice, trying to build life’s satisfactionindex system and concept model of the farmers who have not participated in ruraltourism development practice. The fourth part is the empirical study, first introducesthe study area and its general situation, then illustrates the design of questionnaire,investigation process and method, finally through the descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity, factor analysis gradually confirms the affecting factors of the farmers’ satisfaction who have not participated in rural tourism development practice,and analyzes the difference in satisfaction with life. The fifth part summarizes theconclusion on the basis of the empirical analysis and puts forward the correspondingpolicies.The results of this research show:(1) The life’s satisfaction of the farmers whohave not participated in the production rural tourism development is made up byproduction development satisfaction, material life satisfaction, spiritual lifesatisfaction, ecology and environment satisfaction.(2) The life’s satisfaction of thefarmers who have not participated in the production rural tourism development isgeneral.(3) The ecological and environmental satisfaction has a biggest effect on theoverall satisfaction, following are spiritual life satisfaction and material lifesatisfaction, the production development satisfaction is the last one.(4) The ecologicaland environmental satisfaction is highest, following are production developmentsatisfaction and spiritual life satisfaction, material life satisfaction is lowest. So, theGovernment should promote participatory rural tourism development model, topromote the production development of the farmers who have not participated, toimprove the material standard of living of them, to rich their spiritual life, to improvetheir living environment, and comprehensively improve satisfaction of the farmerswho have not participated in rural tourism development practice, in order to achieveharmony and stability of rural society.
