A Study On The Satisfaction Of The Rural Residents To Their Life In Tourism Areas Based On Structural Equation Model

According to the statistics of CNTA,the revenue of the domestic rural tourism in 2014 is 40 trillion and the new hiring is about 0.2 million.It brings profits to about 3.3 million farmers.The new NO.1 document focuses on the three agricultural problems which proposed to develop multiple functions of the agriculture to create varied leisure products of rural tourism with distinct features and the rural tourism.However,owing to the advance of rural tourism in high speed,quite a number of residents in the rural tourism destinations start to get bored even resist the development of tourism.As an integral component of the tourism destinations,the residents' attitude towards the advance of tourism will have influence on the exploit and construction of the residential tourism as well as the whole advance of the area tourism.Therefore,the enhancement of the research on the residents' life satisfaction is a premise of the advance of rural tourism which is also an effective guarantee to realize healthy enduring development.This research is about the residents' life satisfaction in the south Taihang tourism vacation zone in which there are 7 scenic zones including the residents in the 2km peripheral areas with the methods of questionnaire and interview with the residents.The research shows that the residents' perception to the factors of the tourism has some influence on the life satisfaction.The development of the rural tourism should not only focus on the satisfaction of the residents' income but also on the residents.The ideal of the residents' life satisfaction in the rural tourism destinations has transformed from the living demands in the low level to the spiritual demands in the high level.The residents will no longer accept the tourism development passively but will participate in the local community tourism actively.Therefore,it is vital to build the model and the evaluation index system of the residents' life satisfaction.The thesis includes five chapters: the first chapter is the research background,contents,methodology and ideas of the paper;the second chapter is the theory foundation;the third chapter explores the model of the construction of the residents' life satisfaction and puts forward some hypotheses,validates the model of the residents' life satisfaction with the statistics of the residents' life satisfaction in the south Taihang tourism vacation zone and refines the evaluation index system of the residents' life satisfaction in the rural tourism destinations;the fourth chapter is an analysis on the residents' life satisfaction in the southern Taihang Mountain Resorts to find the problems in the residents' life satisfaction and proposes the suggestions;the fifth chapter is the conclusion as well as the deficiency and the prospect to provide some reference for the following studies.This thesis has concluded that economy,social culture,environment and politics have significant influence.On the living satisfaction of the residents and also get an index system of the living satisfaction of the residents in the rural tourism destinations during the process of construction of the model of the rural residents' living satisfaction under the test and application of the model with the statistics of the residents in South Taihang Tourism Vacation Zone;it has concluded that the respective score of Wanxian Mountain,Ba Ligou and Guanshan Mountain on the basis of the evaluation index system of the living satisfaction of the residents in the rural tourism destinations and the accumulation of the residents' living satisfaction in the rural tourism destinations.This thesis has found that the reason why the score of the living satisfaction is low is that the income,the environment as well as the support outside are not enough.Combining the Stakeholder Theory,what should be focused on are the residents,the scenic administrative department,the developers as well as the local government administration for the tourism so as to increase the score of the residents' living satisfaction to construct a sustainable tourism destination community.
