Agricultural Products Logistics Distribution Center Location Problem Is Studied

In recent years, the CPC Central Committee have been took the "three rural" issue as a top priority problem of the party’s work. Before the reform and opening, the "three rural" issue is mainly concentrated in the areas of production, how to expand the planting area and increasing food production; After the reform and opening, the agricultural technology of china improvement continuously, the unit of production of agricultural products has been improved significantly, now the "three rural" issue focus on the circulation of agricultural products, how to improve the efficiency of the flow of agricultural products, reduce the logistics costs, increasing the agricultural added value has become the main problems of contemporary agriculture.How to reduce logistics costs and improve the efficiency of agricultural products logistics, the key lies in the sitting of the agricultural products logistics center, the site location has an important impact to reduce the logistics costs of agricultural products and improve the delivery and operational efficiency. Research field mainly concentrated on the logistics and distribution, and achieved certain results, and the logistics center site is still in its infancy, so this article is study the agricultural product logistics distribution center location mainly, to logistics and distribution center of agricultural products provide a reference site in the method.This paper first describes the context of our country’s agricultural logistics and the importance of the development of agricultural product logistics, to analysis the agricultural product logistics theory of the domestic and foreign scholars, on the basic of this to analysis and summary of the proposed idea of this study and the overall framework of this paper. Establish a discrete mathematical model for the development of China’s agricultural products logistics, and analysis the transportation costs, shipping costs, operating costs, land costs, storage costs for to build the agricultural products logistics distribution center,in order to achieve the minimum cost function, and using a more mature AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to test the discrete mathematical model.finally give a example of the W City to take an empirical analysis, validate the model in the actual selection process, test site results to testify the reasonable of the model in practical.
