The agricultural products logistics is the key to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural products, in comparison to other goods logistics activities, agricultural products logistics is a weak link in the field of logistics in our country. Agricultural products due to its biological characteristic, cause the logistics cost is high, the contradiction between buy and sell is very prominent. Improve agricultural products logistics efficiency, reduce unnecessary loss in the process of agricultural products in circulation, and put forward higher requirements for the research of distribution center location. Reasonable distribution center location can produce scale, so as to improve logistics efficiency, reduce logistics cost, realizing the maximization of benefit. Taking fujian province as the study area, under the condition of agricultural planting and considering regional advantages, selecting the economic indicators like grain, oil, tea, garden fruit, meat and aquatic products of fujian province as the research object, using the GIS spatial analysis function to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of supply and demand of agricultural products in fujian province and then on this basis, take the geographically weighted regression model to study the decisive factors that influencing the supply and demand for agricultural products,provide the rational scientific basis for agricultural products logistics distribution center of fujian province. By establishing the mathematical model of logistics distribution center location, on the basis of quantifing the site selection criteria and selected several alternative address, finally combining LINGO11 software to solve the model, determine the best location of agricultural products distribution center of fujian province, as good for fujian province agriculture, especially for the future healthy development of agricultural products logistics has practical guidance. The paper could be divided into three parts as followed:Firstly, the definition of supply and demand. This paper think the annual supply of agricultural products are composed of imports this year, an inventory and production this year. Especially in this year’s production accounts for the biggest, second is inventories, the minimum is imports. On the one hand, the agricultural product inventory warehouse total capacity limit; on the other hand, Imports of agricultural products are relatively small, therefore, production play a decisive role, is the main source of supply. Therefore, in this article supply is production. Because of the existing statistical yearbook of logistics related indicators only freight volume and freight turnover, other indicators can’t get accurate data. Some scholars directly use freight turnover or freight instead of logistics demand. But logistics is more than just a simple traffic demand; some scholars also different parts in the process of calculation using the same coefficient, but it covers the differences between different areas. In order to solve the above problem, this article through the engel’s coefficient to calculate demand of agricultural products around the city and more realistic.Then, the trend analysis method was used to study trend of agricultural product supply and demand on the space in the area of variation, results show that the overall supply and demand of agricultural products in the area of which presents a certain regularity in one direction, and then uses the spatial autocorrelation analysis to analyze the spatial distribution of supply and demand of agricultural products in the area, and the results show that the supply and demand of agricultural products are present on the space since strong spatial correlation, that is to say, present a certain clustering. In order to better guide the effective development of agriculture in the future and to master the direction of the market, by using the GWR model analysis of the influence of agricultural product supply and demand condition in the area of impact factor, the results show that the agricultural production is not affected by economic level, may be more influenced by other factors, such as natural conditions of the factors such as climate, rainfall, sunshine time and temperature; agricultural products demand is influenced by the urbanization level and total retail sales of social consumer goods, among them, the urbanization level is negative correlation between the effect on demand, and the total retail sales of social consumer goods is positively related to the role.Finally, the process about locating of logistics distribution center of agricultural products is relatively complicated, not in one step. On the basis of the spatial distribution of the current supply and demand of agricultural product logistics resources and its driving factors in the analysis, with the target of minimizing the total cost of logistics of agricultural products, to establish the mathematical model of agricultural products logistics distribution center location. The main idea is based on the various options for the distribution center are substituted into the objective function and see the influence on the results of the objective function,which is a criterion to choose this alternative distribution center whether or not.In the model integervariable represents options,continuous variables represents production capacity and allocate various resources like plants, constraints represents the balance between supply and demand relationship of logistics. Considering the various factors of the location, applicating the GIS which have a strong spatial analysis ability, and seting up the location of quantitative standard, then find out eleven alternative agricultural products logistics distribution center, and uses the LINGO software to solve the mathematical model of agricultural products logistics distribution center, put into the relevant data of investigation and research of agricultural product logistics business, write accordingly solving program and solve, the results show that in Nanan City for construction of agricultural product logistics distribution center and total cost is minimal. |
