In recent years, the continuous exposure of fake milk powder, “naphthalene red” duck, poisoned corn and other food safety accidents causing tremendous fear of consumers. People had gradually bad feelings for processed food and more skeptical on food safety issue. In this background, food traceability system came into being. Product quality of traceability system established, consumer search the platform, and the information of product transparency as much as possible. It is more significance to rebuild the consumer confident in food safety and promote the enterprise image.Food traceability system based on internet of things refers to implementation the food production chain of the information tracking and traceability though the Internet of things technologies. In the paper, based on the school and enterprise project, Jilin Tian Jing Foods Ltd to design a complete and practical corn output, quality and traceability systems. The system can achieve the corn cultivation, processing, transportation and sale of four main circulation of critical information can be tracked, consumer product information traceability, regulatory authorities to the enterprise in real time monitoring, enterprises can also be achieved though the system to improve the management, product recall purposes.In the first chapter of this thesis firstly analyses the background and significance of the subject, and clearly the necessity of opening this topic; then on food traceability system both at home and abroad development situation described, analyzed the current in adequacy of food traceability system. Concludes the study content, research methods and research courses. The second chapter is the introduction to the key technologies of the developed systems to include bar code recognition technology, RFID and database technologies. The third chapter is in the Jilin food co-research systems on the basis of the needs analysis. Fist of all analyze the production process for corn products, and this process analyses the corn product quality traceability system features, making the system will cover all aspects of maize production, the corn products of the whole industrial chain, processing information is collected and stored, and product quality tracking of the entire circulation. And then analyzed the system used, as well as a use case diagram, and concludes with a system of principles. In the fourth chapter, is to design part of the quality traceability system. First the function and structure of the system as a whole was designed, and then design the corn industry quality traceability system of each functional module and database. End of each subsystem-interface design. In the fifth chapter, the content of this article is a summary and outlook.This research is the detail design of traceability system, in the process of follow-up to the detailed design of traceability system, in the process of follow-up to the project, will further realize system function, and put into use.
