China-Vietnam Bilateral Trade Development Existing Problems And Countermeasures Research

China and Vietnam have a very close relationship. Comprehensive development of bilateral relations is in accordance with not only global trend of peace and development, but also the demand of improving material and spiritual life. The two goverments have determined the sixteen character guideline with four important aspects since the bilateral relations stabilized in1991, and have achieved a lot impressive results.This dissertation utilizes theoretical analysis and model analysis method. Researching and analyzing the achievement and the shortcoming of the related study, the basic condition of the bilateral trade development, current situation and basic features. The thesis significantly focuses on analysing the problems, that exits in China-Vietnam bilateral trade development, the subjective and objective reasons of these problems, and the countermeasures that come from both goverments and enterprises.
