The Problems Of Vietnam-China Economic And Trade Relations And Countermeasures

Since the normalization of Sino-Vietnamese relations in 1991,the economic and trade relations between the two countries have been restored and developed rapidly.Especially in 1999,the leaders of the two countries signed the "Joint Declaration",the "long-term stability,future oriented,good neighborly friendship and comprehensive cooperation" and "Sixteen policies" as a development for the twenty-first Century Sino Vietnamese relations policy determined after,The relations between the two countries in political,economic and cultural aspects have been fully developed.By 2015,China has become Vietnam's largest trading partner for 11 consecutive years.Today,China is Vietnam's largest importer,accounting for 1/3 of its total imports,while China is Vietnam's fourth largest export country.Chinese enterprises are more and more influential in Vietnam market.Under the background of regional economic integration and the rapid change of the world economic structure,the development of economic and trade relations between China and Vietnam has been an urgent issue.Based on the analysis of international trade theory,discusses the inevitable trend in the development of bilateral trade and trade cooperation foundation,research the current development,trade scale,trade structure,trade dependence etc.The study found that in recent years,the economic and trade relationship between China and Vietnam to develop steadily,mainly for the continued rapid growth of bilateral trade volume,trade structure presents new changes,direct investment by expanding bilateral economic cooperation,active,cross-border cooperation zone has achieved remarkable results in the cooperation mechanism and related to depth,but at the same time there are also many problems for example,a serious imbalance in trade,both sides,the export structure is too concentrated,the border trade disorder lead to trade frictions and so on.
