The Composition Bilateral Trade Between China And Vietnam

China and Vietnam have a relationship so long before,the trading exchanges between China and Vietnam have a lot of better conditions to developing and all-round collaboration,for example:two countries together have frontier,having culture be interrelation and two countries are republic countries…Government of the two countries often have many policies to take part in all-round collaboration of China and Vietnam.Such as:Government of the two countries set up to 16 words as“Long-standing stability,facing the future,neighborhood and friendship,all-round collaboration”.These two countries have some policies such as developing and having close relationship.The early 21^st century,China and Vietnam joined some trade organizations such as WTO,ASEAN,GMS etc…These trade organizations may help China and Vietnam to develop their countries in trade exchanges to the world.If they just based on duplication of traditional culture and society or natural favor to trading relation development of two countries does make sense at all.This dissertation utilizes theoretical analysis and model analysis method.Researching and analyzing the achievement and the shortcoming of the related study,the basic condition of the bilateral trade development,current situation and basic features.The thesis significantly focuses on analyzing the problems that exist in China-Vietnam bilateral trade development the subjective and objective reasons of these problems,and the countermeasures that come from both governments and enterprises.
