medical e-commerce is obviously a popular topic in recent years, many traditionalmedial companies invest on this business, and also many medical companies corporatewith e-commerce companies to develop medical e-commerce business, but, as adeveloping business, there are some conflicts and differences between medical ande-commerce, at the same time, relevant policies and supervision are backward with thebusiness, and Chinese government pay great attention on the safety of this business, so,many medical companies are failed to get relevant certiifcation, and. some medicalcompanies get the certification with huge contribution, but still not find the right businessmodal and then the certification was actually discarded. Some managers of medicalcompanies understand long-term vision, but cannot afford the pressure of shot-term profit.This thesis was written for study these topics and aimed to help relevant companies tosolve actual problems. Firstly, this thesis described current states of medical e-commerceand analysis the key issues in this industry, in this part, collect and analysis many data oftypical Chinese medical e-commerce companies, in the end,this thesis summarize thebusiness modal of medical e-commerce and emphasized describe that how the traditionalmedical companies choose suitable ways to get into e-commerce industry, such as merge,corporate, alliance, joint investment etc.
