Management Of Eco-Tourism Project

The construction and operational of the Eco-tourism project requirements to achieve natural, social and human development harmony, based on this background, it bring about the eco-tourism project construction and operation very complexity, coupled with the implementation of eco-tourism project to imply the concept of sustainable development, making the eco-tourism project construction and operation of the process to face the more traditional tourism projects more risk, which is the most important factor which is constraining the development of the eco-tourism project currently. This paper reviews the tourism project and full project risk management based on the theory of the eco-tourism project risk management issues for the exploratory research.In this paper, we use the four eco-tourism project of Zhejiang Everbright International Travel Co., Ltd for the study to build a subjective evaluation based on AHP method and the entropy of the combination of the eco-tourism project risk methodology project risk evaluation mechanism, on the eco-tourism project risk assessment methods and application for a more systematic study.
