With the urbanization rate of Zhengzhou increasing year by year, the populationscale is growing larger, and the consumption level is climbing. Also the number ofdurable consumer goods owned is much bigger. So, this is a huge potential market ofrenewable resources. But, renewable resources returned logistics enterprises in is fewin Zhengzhou. At the same time they are facing the capital shortage and the limitedland. The network of returned logistics is not sound. Hence Zhengzhou renewableresources market is facing the contradiction between the growing supply and limitedrecovery capability. Meanwhile, enterprise and the consumers’ environmentalprotection consciousness is paleness, and the technology in recycling processing isbackward leading to secondary pollution. Therefore, network of renewable resourcesreturned logistics must be established and optimized in Zhengzhou day by day,necessarily and urgently.In this thesis, the literature research method was used to study the developmentof renewable resources and renewable resources returned logistics at home and abroad,and found some problems as follows. Firstly, most of the literature is lack of clearunderstanding on the concept of renewable resources, mostly for high recycling valueof the used materials. When dealing with renewable resources returned logistics, it hasthe same definition with the reverse logistics or waste material logistics completely.Secondly, the researches for network of renewable resources returned logistics mostlyfocus on industry status, laws and regulations, policies and systems, lacking networkconstruction combining the actual area or industry of renewable resources returnedlogistics. Thirdly, renewable resources returned logistics network planning modelmust be optimized constantly. It should be joined with the principles, ways as well asthe improvement methods in the process of constructing and optimizing model, andtaken time, quantity, quality and other uncertainty factors into consideration in orderto fit the practical situation as far as possible. The qualitative analysis method is usedto make a deep study on the current situation of renewable resources returned logistics in Zhengzhou, and then by combining with quantitative analysis method excavate theexisting problems looking forward to be improved. On the basis, deduction andinduction method is used to provide guidance for model and method to construct andoptimize the network.The network of renewable resources returned logistics in Zhengzhou isconstructed by “two markets and two centers”, which are renewable resourcesrecycling center, renewable resources market and renewable resources productsmarket as the main body, and renewable resources returned logistics informationcenter as the medium through regulating the management system and technicalstandard. In the process, the thesis provides methods and theoretical guidance forinfrastructure construction using Economic Transportation Distance Method, andoffers optimization scheme for recycling facilities layout using Related Chart Method.At last, countermeasures are proposed to security network of renewable resourcesreturned logistics in Zhengzhou, from increasing publicity and guide strength,perfecting policies and regulations system, promoting production-study-researchinnovation system, improving consultation mechanism of all parties, buildinginformation service platform and so on.
