Research On The Layout Method Of Monitoring Network On The Highway Transportation Statistics

The layout of statistical monitoring network is the first important part of statistical monitoring activities, which is directly related to the collection of the statistical monitoring data and the quality of statistics monitoring activities. In order to explore the scientific method to understand and master the structure and operation status of highway transportation scale, it is necessary to discuss and study the layout method of highway transportation statistics monitoring network.In this paper, based on the methods of the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the combination of theoretical study and empirical study and the combination of multi subject, an innovative concept on constructing the highway transportation statistics monitoring network is put forward and the layout method of highway transportation statistics monitoring network is discussed. Firstly, the concept of constructing the layout of statistical monitoring network is put forward and the current situation of the layout of statistical monitoring network is analyzed, at the same time, based on the current situation, the types and the basic statistics of the layout of statistical monitoring network are studied in detail. Secondly, the construction principle of the layout of statistical monitoring network is put forward and the influence factors of the layout of statistical monitoring network are analyzed. Thirdly, the ISM model and the weighted Hamming distance method are comprehensively used to study on the method of the statistics monitoring network layout of highway transportation. Finally, Xianyang city is taken as a case study.In a word, the method of constructing highway transportation statistics monitoring network proposed in this article is in line with the actual situation of the highway transportation statistics in China currently, and it also provides a method for the layout of statistical monitoring network, which is hoped scientific and operational.
