Recently, the development of returned logistics of recycling resources in china is so irregular that it has leaded to many social, economic and environmental problems which urgently need to be improved. The construction of the returned logistics network system of recycling resources is the core content of returned logistics system of recycling resources. Through the depiction of related basic theory such as recycling resources, returned logistics and analyse discriminate of returned logistics of recycling resources and reverse logistics, the causes, characters and main effect factors of returned logistics of recycling resources are analyzed, then its general operations and the composition of operating costs are both put forward. On the basis of analyzing the composition of returned logistics of recycling resources, the main composition parts and characters of the returned logistics network system of recycling resources, and the development status and existed problems of the main composition parts of returned logistics network of recycling resources are both analyzed. With assumption of established recycling stations and the deeper processing center, the single category and single-cycle model and multiply categories and single-cycle model of returned logistics network of recycling resources, with the optimal aim of minimizing the total logistics costs of returned logistics of recycling resources, are advanced. A heuristics decision algorithm of the returned logistics network of recycling resources is put forward to solve the latter model and an instance is also given in order to prove the efficiency of models and algorithm advanced in the paper. Finally, from four aspects such as policy and stipulation system, management system, technological system and the main composition parts construction of the returned logistics network of recycling resources, the development measures of the returned logistics network of recycling resources are put forward.
