Therefore, it has the extremely vital significance to accelerate the development of equipment manufacturing and to enhance the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprise. Innovation is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprise and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Inention of innovation is the foundation for enterprise to make the innovative decision, and the motivation of innovation is the important driving force for enterprise to produce innovation willingness. Therefore, the research on innovation dynamics of equipment manufacturing enterprise can effectively promote the innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises, enhance innovation capability and core competitiveness of enterprises, and promote the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.This paper based on the theory of innovation and the theory of innovation environment, using the method of system dynamics application to study the dynamic factors that influence the equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation mechanism. The paper includes the following aspects:First of all, basing on the theory that summarized and used by domestic and international scholars, giving the meaning of innovation power, and analyzing the factors that affecting innovation, dividing the level of enterprise innovation environment framework, and giving the power components of effecting business innovation compare to the effecting of power; Second, summarizing the current development of equipment manufacturing enterprises, and analyzing the innovation condition of equipment manufacturing business, combining with the innovation condition of equipment manufacturing business to analyze the innovation dynamic factors of the equipment manufacturing industry, combining with the relation between cause and effect diagrams of system dynamics to study on the mechanism that infect the dynamic factors; third, using the theory of system dynamics to draw relationship diagrams and flow rate of flow diagrams of the innovation power system of equipment manufacturing enterprise, establishing power system models of innovation dynamics system of equipment manufacturing, through the determine of relating system variables and equation of equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation system, and simulating the system and analyzing the simulation results.Through the analysis and research of this paper, we can conclude that although the market competitive factors will bring some pressure to the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises, it is also the pressure to push enterprises to innovate continuously, so as to avoid being out of business. The market demand and government procurement play the effects of the market's "demand pull" and pointing out the direction of enterprise innovation separately for equipment manufacturing enterprises. Science and technology, the government tax incentives and the support of various innovation funds were also play an important role in innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises.
