Global warming and frequent extreme weather caused the emergence of global vigilance, andthe world are actively taking measures to address climate change crisis. The proposed oflow-carbon economy provides a new idea to achieve sustainable economic and socialdevelopment for the international community to address global climate change. Low-carbonindustries and low-carbon consumption as a content and links of low-carbon economicdevelopment, both the joint development play a more important role in the development oflow-carbon economy.Firstly, this paper sort the low-carbon industries, carbon consumption, as well as therelationship between the two and comment, and define the concepts and characteristics oflow-carbon industries and low-carbon consumption. then tease out the low-carbon industries andlow-carbon consumption synergies. Secondly, Paper adhere to the principle of proceeding fromreality, and clear of low-carbon industries and the development status of the carbon consumption,then analysis of the various problems our country in the development of low-carbon industries andresidents of low-carbon consumption, and so the last pointed out that to build China’s low-carbonindustry collaborative development mechanism and carbon consumption should strengthen thegovernment’s macro-control, and improve the level of development of low-carbon industries, toestablish a good low-carbon consumption environment. Finally further elaboration of low-carbonindustries and low-carbon consumption should be how to achieve interactive throught EmpiricalAnalysis of the industry of China’s energy-saving lamps and energy saving lamps consumer,andcoordinated development of the feasibility and necessity permit China’s low-carbon industries andlow-carbon consumption.
