Job burnout does great harm to organizational performance and personalperformance, the intensification of social competition making job burnout moreserious. With the advent of the “labor shortage”,“recruitment difficulties”phenomenon, the first-line employees’ working status attracts a lot attention. Chinais a manufacturing country with large number of manufacturing frontlineemployees. Researching on the influencing factors of job burnout on frontline staffin machinery manufacturing industry and seeking solutions will be important tostrengthen human resource management.Firstly, the research finds out the influencing factors of job-burnout byreviewing and summarizing the literature. Then Propose hypotheses and build theresearch model.Reference to Maslach&Jackson’s definition, job burnout is dividedinto three dimensions:emotional exhaustion、 depersonalization、 diminishedpersonal accomplishment.The research selects demographic variables, personalitytraits, job stress, organizational support, job satisfaction, turnover intention, jobperformance that in total of seven variables as the influencing factors ofjob-burnout. On this basis, empirical research is carried out on the front-line staff’sburnout and its influencing factors. The collected data is analyzed with methods ofreliability and validity test, descriptive analysis, variance analysis, correlationanalysis, regression analysis. According to the results of statistical analysis, verifyseveral influencing factors of job burnout, and make recommendations to lower thelevel of job burnout on enterprises and individuals.The main conclusions of this research are: job burnout of the front-line staff isrelatively serious; demographic variables have significant differences in partdimensions of job burnout; Locus of Control is significantly correlated with threedimensions of burnout; job stress is significantly correlated with three dimensionsof burnout; organizational support is significantly correlated with part dimensionsof burnout; part dimensions of job burnout is significantly correlated with jobsatisfaction; part dimensions of job burnout is significantly correlated withturnover intention; part dimensions of job burnout is significantly correlated withjob performance.
