Job burnout refers to a long-term reaction of the individual who can not effectively deal with all kinds of pressure working continuously. Research on job burnout mainly concentrated in the work object for human occupation, and for working on objects involves less occupation. This study analyzes the work objects IT employees as subjects, to investigate the job burnout status. With the rapid development of China’s economy, the accelerated pace of life, sentiment to the job burnout of employees also increased. But compared to other industries, IT technical staff to withstand greater work pressure. The new moon on the day of the change of information environment, the nature of work monotonous and mental effort makes the IT industry employee turnover rate is high. The purpose of this paper is to analyses the main causes of job burnout of the technical staff of IT enterprises, and put forward the corresponding improvement in the analysis process.This paper using Questionnaire analysis which obtain 146 valid questionnaires. Using SPSS 19.0 to analyze the collected data, and uses the reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and other methods for data processing, thus to verify the hypothesis, the conclusions are as follows.LIT industry technical staff job burnout level is higher, reached the middle level, the emotional exhaustion and low sense of achievement is particularly prominent.2.From the survey scale, the technical aspects of the workers are mostly male in IT industry, and they tend to be younger, higher educational level, for Bachelor degree. At the same time, they are more like challenging work, pay attention to the work itself stimulation, advocating freedom, independence, attaches great importance to its growth and development opportunities.3.1n six hypothetical variables, age, marital status, work experience and job level have significant difference on job burnout. The influence of gender assumption and education level are not significant factors on job burnout. However, from the overall mean of the sample, the mean of male burnout is still slightly higher than that of female, while the higher education level employee suffer less from burnout than the low level.
