The real estate industry is one of the pillar industries in national economy, itsgrowth in a stable national economy, led the upgrade of consumption structure,improving the structure of households and property, the promotion of urban and ruralemployment and enhance the financial and tax aspects of the role of highlights.Meanwhile, real estate is a capital-intensive industries, and its long constructionperiod, the sedimentation volume of funds need to invest a lot of long-term stablefunding, and therefore a sound investment and financing systems, models andfinancial market system to support real estate development on the basis of andmotivation.In recent years, with the gradual deepening of China’s housing reform processand the improvement in the level of the real estate market, in most areas of highhousing prices, real estate investment in the development of regional imbalances,growing real estate structural imbalance of supply and demand and the vacancy rateand other issues, coupled with the recent national real estate macro-control effortscontinue to increase, making the real estate industry has long been highly dependenton a single financing model for bank loans to the intensification of conflicts, hasbecome an important issue of restricting the real estate industry sustainabledevelopment.First, the research background of this article, the significance and the maincontent of the discourse, and the relationship between real estate investment andeconomic growth, real estate investment and financing two aspects, combing, relatedresearch, pointing out that lack of research and articles on the main researchmethodology and innovation; Secondly, the ethnic minority areas, minority areas ofreal estate investment and financing concept, definition, analysis of the status of thereal estate investment and financing development in ethnic areas and the mainproblems, and the need for coordinated development of real estate investment andfinancing; again, Huaihua City real estate investment and financing, for example, theempirical analysis; Finally, Huaihua City real estate investment and financing thedevelopment of countermeasures and suggestions.The innovation of this paper are mainly two points: First, both the real estateinvestment and financing for the unified analysis and research, made a useful attemptin the real estate investment and financing research content and perspectives; bytypical national economic region in Huaihua City, for example, through empirical analysis, and build effective path suitable for the development of real estateinvestment and financing in Huaihua city and minority areas, to provide a referencefor the benign and healthy development of real estate of the ethnic areas.
