As a key factor and resource, tacit knowledge is being given more attention to by enterprises. The tacit knowledge transfer has a unique significance for the enterprise to gain and maintain sustainable competitive advantage. Because of difficultly to be noted, imitated by outlier, copy and so on, the tacit knowledge becomes the stratagem resource and its important function in increasing the enterprise competition is gradually making evidence. As a knowledge type enterprise, the knowledge management has the most important stratagem meaning. Tacit knowledge management includes the creation of tacit knowledge, excavation, accumulation, transfer and application of the process in which tacit knowledge management, tacit knowledge transfer is the most important part, determining the smooth progress of other sectors.This article starts with summarizing abundant literatures, concluded the concept of tacit knowledge, the model and influencing factors, the meaning and core of the knowledge type enterprise and the indicator system of tacit knowledge transfer performance. On the basis of academic analysis, this article distilled the three elements of influencing the tacit knowledge transfer within the knowledge type enterprise:the transfer content,the transfer main body and the transfer surroundings, including 12 influence factors, establishing the tacit knowledge transfer concept model and hypothesis at the individual in the knowledge type enterprise, by designing questionnaire and collecting extensive data, and analyzing the investigation results with SPSS, checking up the hypothesis, educed the relationship between the influence factors and the performance..According to the survey and the results of the analysis, the article concludes: embeddedness of tacit knowledge and the performance of tacit knowledge transfer have no significant negative correlation; the distance of knowledge and the performance of tacit knowledge transfer showed no significant positive correlation; the degree of express of tacit knowledge and the performance of tacit knowledge transfer have no significant positive correlation; the ability of teaching, capacity of absorptive, the distance of relationship, the willingness to accept and transfer the incentives, learning culture, the support for technical conditions and the performance of tacit knowledge transfer have significant positive correlation。Besides, in accordance with the research results and characteristics of the knowledge type enterprise, the article provides reasonable advices for helping the tacit knowledge transfer between the individual of the knowledge type enterprise, and it has a good guidance meaning for the KM in practice of the knowledge type enterprises.
