Corning is the world leader in specialty glass and ceramics. As to reach10billion sales in2015, Corning need to figure out effective new brandmarketing strategy. SNS (Social Network Service) is apparently a goodchoice.With the birth of SNS, it changes the way people social. More and morepeople bring real life social network onto the SNS platform, and maintain,develop their social network on the SNS. It also greatly influenced thecommercial aspects. At beginning, SNS was used to collect VOC. Then as amarketing approach. Now it even start influencing the company organization.SNS has become an inevitable trend.Currently, SNS is mainly a marketing method for consumer goods.There’re not much reference for company like Corning. So through theresearch of Corning using SNS for brand marketing, and extend to traditionalB2B (business to business) company is very meaningful. This paper is written based on the theoretical analysis, case study,questionnaire survey and experienced analysis. And put forward a practicalbrand marketing strategy and quantifiable measurement system, which can besystematically extend to B2B company.
