Study On The Soft Investment Environment Construction Of Taiwan Merchant Of Jiaxing

With the changes of economic environment at home and abroad, such aseconomic globalization, regionalization, the fast development of knowledge economyand so on, China is growingly involved in the process of global economic integration.Thus, in the new era, the problems of investment environment should be surveyedover again. Especially, they should be further studied from the point of the wholenational economy. While in the development of Taiwan merchants’ investmentenvironment in Jiaxing, the construction of soft investment environment is deficient;therefore, research on the soft investment environment construction of Taiwanmerchant of Jiaxing is very meaningful.Starting with the basic theory of the soft investment environment, analyzing andstudying the relations between the economy and the soft investment environment inarea emphatically, combining the present situation and the characteristics of the softinvestment environment construction of Jiaxing，this paper analyzes the problemsand causes of the soft investment environment in Jiaxing. Then, this paper putsforward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the soft investmentenvironment construction of Taiwan merchant of Jiaxing.There are three key innovative points addressed here:1.Based on the close analysis of previous soft investment environment theory,propose constructive mode for the need of soft investment environment from Taiwaninvestors. The mode includes the dynamic ingredient, which adjusts itself accordinglyfrom investors’ different needs, different investment targets and different investmentphases.2.Objectively analyze the needs of Taiwan investors in Jiaxing, which includecommon and special needs. Put forward some progressive strategies that suit the softinvestment environment of those Taiwan investors and provide useful reference forthe government to improve soft investment environment policies.3.Research and analyze the current on-going problems, for instance, the problemof government policy continuity and policy stability.Eventually the research andanalysis could function as scientific reference for future government investmentpolicies.
