The Research Of Fulfillment Of Chinese Enterprise’s Social Responsibility On Vision Of Government’s Function

Nowadays, enterprises are gradually taking and playing a leading rolein the social economic development, occupying more and more socialresources and having an increasing influence to the society, the nation,even the world. Meanwhile, there is no doubt that enterprises are playingan ever more significant role to the harmonious development of societyand even the world.Social responsibility of enterprises is a social systematic issue, notonly are enterprises involved. The development and operation ofenterprises cannot be separated from certain environment, what’ more,social responsibility of enterprises should be promoted, guided andsupported by government instead of by enterprises only, which isespecially important to make enterprises fulfill their social responsibilitybetter so that it meets the requirement of the global trend and the solutionof unstability and disharmony of society, leading the enterprises to the track of scientific development.Based on the above understanding and analysis, the socialresponsibility of enterprises is researched by displaying the activitiesrelated to social responsibility of enterprises and analyzing the existingproblems and causes. Under the research and study on the issue of socialresponsibility of enterprises, the binding force from society and market toenterprises’ social responsibility has not been fully and perfectly formed,so it is the workable and effective way that government should performits functions appropriately to keep enterprises consciously and positivelyfulfilling their social responsibility.The research on the government functions is based on the promotionin legislation establishment and improvement of supervision mechanism,social evaluation system, strengthening education, guidance andmarc-control, and industry guidance&standardization, concerning socialresponsibility of enterprises. In my opinion, there is no doubt to agreethat enterprises should fulfill their social responsibility at any time, and itis the key issue that how to promote the fulfillment of socialresponsibility by enterprises, the scientific and harmonious developmentof society. The conclusion is that government, as a public administrator,should perform its functions to promote the full fulfillment of socialresponsibility of enterprises in order to strengthen the risk resistanceability of enterprises under financial crisis.
