Recent years, tourism industry is booming, tourism industry is also showing a trend of rapid development in Zhuanghe. From tourism situation, tourism product development requires innovation to meet the growing demand. Creative design is one of tourism product development process, tourism researchers have been exploring creative design. The study choices Zhuanghe as destination, it represents a class of small ordinary tourist region developing rural tour or island tour. With understanding the local tourism, we know tourism products is repeated, creative ideas of tourism product development isn’t enough, problems limit its development. In fact creative design is related to multi-party groups, stakeholders’ interests affect creative design. The issues are related to stakeholders’ interests, it is important to attain stakeholders to creative design. Therefore, from the perspective of stakeholders’ interests this study systematicly researchs creative design of tourism product development.This paper describes the significance of stakeholders’ interests for creative design of tourism product development in Zhuanghe, through each factor analysis of stakeholders’ interests, it confirms that stakeholders claims affect creative design. To solve this problem, this study experiences the following analysis. It research on the definition of stakeholders, relationship between the degree of attention about stakeholders claims and effects of creative design, specific research about stakeholders’ interests in Zhuanghe. Finally, according to the study, this paper concludes some suggestion about creative design of tourism product development.Based on empirical analysis, this paper gets some recommendations about creative design of tourism product development in Zhuanghe. Through the analysis it discusses five stakeholder’s interests in creative design. The paper will promote tourism product development and tourism activities sustainable development in Zhuanghe. In addition, this study will definitely help other similar areas of the tourism product development’s pre-design and other tourism area analysis. It further enriches tourism stakeholder theory and improves tourism product development foundation.
