| Beijing electronic industrial cadre school is a school belong to some industry.How to manage the school, so it can be better operation.This problem has troubledschools for a long time.This thesis take The study on the development strategy for beijingelectronic industry cadre school as a project management. The classic strategicmanagement approach was used in this paper. Firstly, we introduced the basics ofstrategic management theory,analyzed the external environment of beijing electronicindustry cadre school, though PEST and Porter’s Five Forces Model. After we got thekey factor of the external environment,EFE was used for quantitative evaluation ofthe external environment.Secondly, after the analysis of the internal environment ofbeijing electronic industry cadre school, through Value Chain Analysis Model, we gotthe key factor in it. Followed by this, we also did the quantitative evaluation of theinternal environment using IFE. Then, we determined the direction and intension ofbeijing electronic industry cadre school’s development strategy based on the use ofquantitative evaluation. Finally, the strategy of alternative strategies were comparedusing quantitative comparison of QSPM. So the school’s development strategy wasformed. Based on all the analysis mentioned above,at the end of my research, themission and the strategic objectives and also the strategic recommendations were giveto Beijing Electronic Industry Cadre School. |
