Issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers had been paid attention toby government and need to be solved promptly and they are very important to ourmodernization construction. The16th Party Congress put forward that our country hasbeen building a well-being society in every sense. In11th Five-year plan, it was raisedto build a new socialist countryside, promoting the city to support the countryside,industry feeds back agriculture, promote the healthy and sustainable development ofcities. It has been key problems researched by scholars that how to build socialistcountryside and prompt could fit the present situation of our countryside and increasefarmers’ income, improve environment of countryside and improve agriculture.Being the main existing form of countryside collective economy in Shenzhen,district stock company has many problems such as complex functions. To managecollective asset better and maximize the benefits, the district stock company needreformation on operation mode and management control. Take Ping Shan district forexample, district stock companies has massive old industrial park and old housevillage. There are also many old villages in the district; they are constructed innineteen eighties, lacking public infrastructure, existing massive dangerous buildings.So they need to be reformed.This thesis analyses the research background and present research station at homeand abroad, and introduces the meaning of countryside collective economy andtheoretical principle. Then it takes Ping Shan district in Shenzhen city for exampleand analyses existing problems and reasons of district stock company from societyaspect and company aspect. At last, this thesis puts forwards principles and measuresto solve these problems.
