Study On The Influence Factors Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers' Willingness Of Nearby Urbanization

With the development of the times,the new generation of migrant workers have become the main body of Chinese industrial workers and service practitioners,they have become an important force in promoting the national construction and development,and new generation of migrant workers' urbanization is the key to the social mobilization.In the overall consideration of their own capital and settling cost,the new generation migrant workers should be rational to choose the path of urbanization which is suitable for their own,and the nearby urbanization is an important path in the Chinese polybasic urbanization development strategy system,making new generation of migrant workers can equally enjoy the convenient public services and infrastructure of small and medium-sized cities near their hometown in the embarrassing situation which neither living in the big cities nor the countryside,so as to realize the urbanization of social identity,lifestyle and ideology.This is not only the essential requirement of people-oriented new urbanization,but also the inherent requirement of building a well-off society in an all-around way in China.The article has five parts,details are as followed:The first part:Firstly,illustrating the selected topic reason from the background,purpose and significance of the research;secondly,discussing and analyzing the domestic and foreign research reviews;thirdly,putting forward the thoughts,problems and methods of the research,methods including literature survey,questionnaire and interview survey,binary regression analysis based on Probit model;at last,explaining the possible innovation and inadequacy.The second part:Clarifying the specific definition of the new generation of migrant workers and the nearby urbanization,putting forward three theoretical basis of the article:human capital theory,new economy migration theory and push-and-pull theory.The third part:On the basis of human capital theory,new economy migration theory and push-and-pull theory,the present academic study,and the results of field investigation,the article analyzes the influence factors of the new generation of migrant workers' willingness of nearby urbanization theoretically from five dimensions,which are personal,familal,migratory,immigratory and intervening obstacles' factors,thereby,the article studies out an indicator framework of influence factors and puts forward the theoretical assumptions.The fourth part:Revealing the content of the questionnaire and the source of the research data,and making a descriptive analysis of the questionnaire.The Probit binary selection model is used to further analyze and study the influence factors of the willingness of nearby urbanization,and relevant tests are carried out.The regression results are:within the scope of the investigation,the new generation of migrant workers' overall willingness of nearby urbanization is relatively strong;education level,the situation of trailing family members,the work time,monthly income,the insured number,the purchase intention of house in nearby small and medium-sized cities as well as the degree of satisfaction to the local public services and infrastructure and the present household registration system are notably correlated with the new generation of migrant workers' willingness of nearby urbanization.The fifth part:On the basis of the third and the forth parts' analysis result,according to the related factors that affect the new generation of migrant workers' willingness of nearby urbanization,the reasonable countermeasures of route optimization are put forward:developing economy,supporting employment and entrepreneurship is the main driving force;perfecting the institution,reform the supporting policy is the solid backing;social support,strengthening the infrastructure is an important guarantee.
