Recently, researches on enterprise competitive power has draw more and moreattention. Emphasizing promotion of personal competitive power, enterprises pay moreattention on development and management of human resource, not only includingpersonnel encouragement, staffs’ career development, and employees’ caring, but alsopromotion of staffs’ competitive power and stimulation of appropriate competitionbetween staffs. Among researches on competence of staffs, more and more scholars homeand abroad have pay attention on staffs’ competitive advantage, but the results of thecurrent study has not formed a systematic theoretical frame, especially the relationshipbetween staffs’ behavior and the resource of competitive advantages of staffs andcompetitive advantages need to be explored further.Firstly, based on the relevant researches on source of staff competitive advantagesand formation mechanism, the author proposed that the source of competitive advantagewas comparison with others on the same factor, and made a distinguish betweencompetitive advantage and individual effect of variables such as personal characteristicand competitive mechanism.Secondly, through the analysis on effect of competitive advantage on staffs’behaviour, the author proposed that perception of competitive advantage is the directfactor affecting staffs’ behaviour, and then made a study on the process of perception ofcompetitive advantage, finally made a hypothesis.Thirdly, through hypothesis of researches and designing questionnaire andinvestigation, the author collected258questionnaires from37enterprises. Usingmultivariate hierarchical regression analysis research hypothesis, whether or not the authorcould receive the support data of the practical research.At last, based on the data analysis and results, the author made a discussion on thehypothesis. Through theoretical derivation, and discussion of data analysis, the authordraw the following conclusion:Positive influence of perceived competitive advantage on organizational citizenshipbehavior has been proved, moreover, influence of perceived competitive advantage on staffs’ egoism and altruism organizational citizenship behavior is no difference. Proactivepersonality and the sense of organizational support play a regulating effect, in whichproactive personality have less influence on staffs’ competitive advantages and staffs’egoism organizational citizenship behavior than that of staffs’ altruism organizationalcitizenship behavior.
