A Study On The Construction Of The Safety Culture Of Henan Branch Of China National Petroleum Corporation

Corporate safety culture is the sum of the safety code of conduct and material basis which is built in business activities in the long-term and accepted by all employees. Corporate safety culture, whether developed by leaps and bounds related to the business sustainability of the health business, is also related to the development and progress of society as a whole. China’s production safety situation is very grim, how to make safe form of fundamental improvement in the theoretical circles need to solve a problem, is also an urgent need for building a harmonious society. In-depth study and evaluation of the corporate safety culture, not only to lay a solid foundation for building a corporate safety culture, more specific goals and direction for the corporate safety culture in construction.In this paper, normative research and case studies of combining research methods, Henan Branch of China National Petroleum is the case, a more systematic study of the safety culture in the construction of China’s oil industry.
