With the development of Electronic commerce in China, Internet users becomeaccustomed to online shopping. On one hand, as "Daily Deals" comes to eyes, thetraditional electronic commerce models, like Business to Customer, Customer toCustomer, Business to Business, etc. have far from being able to meet the needs of users.On the other hand, in order to expand their influence, to integrate external resources and toincrease market share, companies have begun to enter the local business e-commerceindustry.Combine with traditional life services industry, they use internet to realize a digitalinformational network of local life service. To take advantage of technology of web2.0,Internet users become the publisher, communicator and receiver of information aboutproduct and local life. This paper firstly summarize the current situation of local lifeservice industry domestic and overseas, to figure out the problem of local business sites.Secondly, review the theory and technology of web2.0, and literature on local life serviceelectronic commerce platform, to build the foundation for research. Thirdly, to analyzethree existing typical electronic commerce platforms, that is on-line review platform,classified information platform and local search platform about its business model,industry chain, service model, combine with analysis about related successful cases, togive some advice to other websites. At last, summarize results of above analyze andpropose a possible model for e-commerce platform on local life businesses in future. Asform of SNS, daily deals and local based service, this platform provides business andinformation, with possible techniques.
