3A company was established in Europe in1876. It is the top supplier of end-to-endcommunication solution and professional service. The macroscopical economyenvironment effected the traditional telecom market badly.3A company started alarge-scale strategy business transfer, and adjust the whole organization structure andglobal human resource distribution at the same time to expand the new business growthengines. Thus the new business mode and organization style will conduct a series ofmanagement problems to be resolved.Here the task is going to design an effective performance management solution toconduct the senior executives’ behavior and balance the short-term targets and long-termtargets basing on the acture requirement and pain point of3A company and clarify the gapbetween strategy targets and actuality situation. It will help and push the organization tochange oriented to a long-term contribution value and supporting the company forcontinuous improvement and growth.There are some mnethods to be used to study this task such as relative documentcollection, data diagnoses, and comparing to industry company experience, etc. Therequirement of senior executives’performance management of3A company was clarifiedand the effective solution was also designed based on surveying and researching the entiremanaging situation, strategy intension and the challenge of organization structureadjustment. The senior executives performance management solution is designed as threestesps in this paper: Firstly, the senior executives performance management philosophy isclarified. Secondly, the senior executives performance management solution and detailmeasures are designed. Thirdly, it is verified.It figures out that the senior executives performance management should developbased on the business strategy targets of company, and balanced scorecard should be usedto decompose the target to be fulfilled. The senior executives’ KPI should be set according to the business unit and organization style, and the apprasal to them also depend on thereasonable performance management system and evaluating rules. The appraisal resultmust be applied as a major factor to their profit and individual development.The targets ofperformance management should keep consistent between senior executives and grassroots. That menas, it should drive the organization to achieve the valuable outputcontinuously and achieve the company business goal finally.
