With the continuous development of China’s market economy, from the mid1990s,the talent competition has become an important element of the enterprise competition, ourcurrent businesses generally faces talent drain, analysis of the talent drain has become anurgent task of the enterprise. Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have carried outmany related research on the talent drain, the analysis of it is increasing deep and deep.This thesis also attempts to find method of employee motivation and the bestcountermeasures of keeping talents by company’ staff turnover analysis.This thesis begins with the function and significance of management of employeeturnover in human resource management, it introduces turnover management concepts andtheories, and also allusively present method discuss and empirical analysis. Based on thefurther analysis of ENPC company background, this thesis give summaries of employeeturnover status and analyzes related causes of employee turnover, to recognize that ENPCexisting human resources mechanisms is not good enough, expound its necessity andpossibility of redesigning the ENPC human resources system, and draw a conclusion thatit can be carried out to improve. Finally this thesis give a comprehensive description ofvarious aspects from the compensation system, appraise system, recruitment system,training system, employee relations platform. and re submit the relevant human resourcessystems and implementation methods, for how to solve the problem of talent drain.The design of the human resources system is subject to development of all aspects.Such as of company strategy, market positioning and the economic and environment,without a fixed pattern. The current China’s market economy, the development of differententerprises to a certain extent, need to rely on a reasonable system of human resources toenhance their own strength, and keep core talents. So learn from the successful experienceof domestic and foreign enterprises. In this regard, the establishment of a human resources system in line with the actual situation is of great practical significance.
