The effective utilization of talents is a necessary condition for ensuring normal enterprise development; however, at present, the drain of talents restrains the development of medium and small enterprises and is a chief problem that medium and small enterprises must be faced with during the process of growth. How to strengthen human resources management and avoid talent drain is the crux of the growth and expansion of many medium and small enterprises.Through over two years' development, Z Company has taken shape. To avoid the drain of core talents is the focus of its present human resources management work.According to the human rensource management theories and the actual situation of Z company,the paper give a diagnosis of tanlent drain for the Z company and put forward some feasible proposals,including the follow:(1)The performance evaluation system of Z company is not designed rigorous and is lack of fairness and incentive.the paper suggest that Z company should establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal assessment system,so that the fairness and incentive can be truly reflected.(2) Too single-salary system is one of the factors leading to tanlent drain of Z company,the paper designed for Z company's emolument system considered the remuneration of academic wages,ability to pay, post pay and other aspect,and increased the proportion of bonus and long-term pay, making the company emolument more conductive to personnel stablility.(3) Z company as a small company has its own limitations, the centripetal force and loyalty of talent is relatively low, the paper suggest that Z company should strengthen employee career management,a effective,scientific and long-term human resources develipent can enhance ownership and reduce the tanlent drain.The research of tanlent drain on Z company give a actual reference to thes medium and small enterprises which have the similar problems as Z company.
