The Coca-Cola Company is the founder of the global cold drink culture with120years history. The promotion and practice of cold drink culture leads to the success of itsglobal development strategy, and also has brought many benefits to the differentmarketing roles in the field of commercial circulation. The research of cold drinkequipment (hereinafter referred to as CDE) management of Coca-Cola in China will helpto promote its healthy and orderly development and can guide the Chinese beverageenterprises better to use CDE management to participate in market competition;at thesame time,to deepen the research of the CDE competition strategy practice.Firstly,The paper introduces something about the background、significance、contentand method of the research,and describes the core connotation of Coca-cola CDEmanagement. Secondly,through the introduction of the characteristics of beverageindustry、the importance of cold drink culture, as well as the analysis of cold drinkbusiness decision factors,and elaboration of current situation of the CDE management andcharacteristic throughout the Chinese beverage industry and Coca-cola in China,the paperillustrates the development of CDE management in China and the application in thebeverage industry. Thirdly,it is as a main line focused on A bottling plant CDEmanagement practice,and finally summarized the Coca-cola CDE management system. Itis involved in CDE management organization structure and responsibility、 CDEmanagement core contents and implementation methods,as well as the application of newtechnology and new equipment in the cold drink equipment. And then,by using SWOTanalysis method,it scanned the advantages and disadvantages of CDE management ininternal environment of A bottling plant;At the same time,it recognized the opportunitiesand threats of it in the organization’s external environment. Finally,on the basis of deeplyanalyze and evaluation by using access method、observation method、questionnairesurvey、 literature survey method and the secondary data collection method,we concludethe future Chinese Coca-cola CDE management business planning advice. It includes:the further development strategy of CDE management,the further development situation ofthe future environment and beverage enterprises,the general conception of further CDEoperation management. All of them give references for the Coca Cola Chinese system andother beverage companies.
