At the same time, in knowledge economy time today, the cold drink enterprise is impelling the national economy development, alleviation society employment pressure, optimize the industrial aspects of the economic structure, have been playing an increasingly important role, the society also more and more takes to the cold drink profession.Facing a situation dominated by knowledge-based economy, between the enterprise is facing the brutal competition, but talented person's competition is one of important performance. Along with knowledge economy time arrival, the salary has become the weight enterprise talented person competitive power an important target, also becomes one of important influence factors which the restriction enterprise develops, the salary achievement drives staffs most effective tool, its science and consummation, not only relates staffs vital interest, but the overall performance of enterprises will have a very important.
