Currently, in the industrialization, modernization and urbanization period of rapidlydevelopment of Hunan Province, continuing to expanding scale of foundation construction,the construction of the technical level of the increase in our province because of a largenumber of large scale, advanced technology, process complex construction projects, whichprovide a good platform and opportunities. However in recent years, our Province’sconstruction industry of the labor productivity and the rate of technical equipment show anupward trend, But the rise is far less than the rise of the total output of construction industryin our province. Especially compared to some strong provinces (cities) in the domesticconstruction, our province has a lot of learning and upside potential. It illustrates thatconstruction industry of our province is the production process of technology is lower,lacking of technological innovation, so that the technological innovation in constructionindustry is later than economic growth.Throughout the research results by domestic and overseas experts and scholars, majorexperts’ view is in a single building enterprise, which and study on construction enterprisetechnology innovation of the various factors and dynamic mechanism. The study of theconstruction technology innovation ability is opposite less from the global perspective of thearea construction comprehensive. Taking Hunan province as background researching thetechnological innovation ability in construction industry is very lacking.Based on the theory of technological innovation, Combines with the character ofconstruction technology innovation in construction industry and the following works havebeen done:1. The technological innovation ability in construction industry evaluation principle as abasic standard, which analyzes the impact of technology innovation ability of theconstruction into four factors (Innovation base environment, Organizational ability,Innovation input ability, Output capacity), establishes the model about construction industrytechnology innovation.2. Comprehensive evaluating construction industry technology innovation of the31provinces and municipalities (except in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) synthetic evaluationby using the AHP method, and sorting the31provinces and cities in the constructiontechnology innovation ability, get the level and ranking of Hunan province in the constructiontechnology innovation ability, Clear the construction technology innovation of humanprovince only in the medium position, there is much room for development.3. To find the influence of construction technology innovation ability of Hunan provincethe key factors and using factor analysis method to extraction and analysis the main influencefactors, and find out connection of twenty factors, Extracted the comprehensive factor, resource inputs, resources into proportion factor, professional talents factor, the rate oftechnical equipment factor by five factors. Finding out which one score is the lower factor,get the level of construction technology innovation ability of Hunan province, and find thekey problem of the influence on construction technology innovation ability.4. After clearing the three major problems of technology innovation in construction ofHunan province, and for it, we should full play to the function of the government sectormacro-control role; the rapid development of advantage field, establish the technologyinnovation industry group in our province; increase technology innovation;speeding up theadvancement our province construction industry technology innovation system construction;strengthen scientific and technological talent training and intellectual-property rights;supporting engineering construction areas of scientific research institutions.
