The output of 3G mobile phone of the world will reach more one million in 2005. 2G mobile phone product output will slow the speed of increasing, competition focus on low cost.But every mobile phone manufacturer must face a challenge that how to reduce testing cost in manufacture process to keep up with low cost and high competence.
