Since China doesn’t have any free ports, special customs supervision areas such asBonded Logistics Parks are commonly set near the important import&export ports.The basic service of Chinese bonded logistics is to carry out combination activities ofwarehousing and bonded clearance. The clearance efficiency and price are two of theimportant factors associated with the game of service providers.It combined the competition instance of Shenzhen eastern Yantian Port BondedLogistics Park and western Qianhaiwan Bonded Port, build a two-stage duopoly gamemodel based on the Cournot Model to study the bonded logistics game of servicequality and price. The results show that: the two sides of the game will strive to improvetheir best service quality in order to obtain higher equilibrium price and profits. Besides,profit under the equilibrium price and the substitution coefficient is negative correlation,the oligarch will get more profit when the substitution coefficient is lower, and itsupports the competitive strategy of product differentiation.There are collaborative pricing, equipment leasing and warehouse leasingcooperative relations within the enterprises that lies in the Shenzhen eastern YantianPort Bonded Logistics Park. It combined the warehouse leasing union case between the"Li You Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd." and "Shenzhen Kerry Yantian Port LogisticsCo., Ltd.", researched and analysed the warehouse leasing union among small andmedium-sized enterprises that lies in the Bonded Logistics Park. The results show that:the warehouse leasing union not only can improve the profits of the bondedwarehousing enterprises, but also can utilize the warehouse resources of Yantian PortBonded Logistics Park optimally.It could provide strategic support for the bonded logistics warehousing enterpriseswhich are operated under the special customs supervision policy of China.
