It combined the warehouse leasing union case between the"Li You Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd." and "Shenzhen Kerry Yantian Port LogisticsCo., Ltd.", researched and analysed the warehouse leasing union among small andmedium-sized enterprises that lies in the Bonded Logistics Park. The results show that:the warehouse leasing union not only can improve the profits of the bondedwarehousing enterprises, but also can utilize the warehouse resources of Yantian PortBonded Logistics Park optimally.It could provide strategic support for the bonded logistics warehousing enterpriseswhich are operated under the special customs supervision policy of China.
