Study On The Evolution Model Of The Enterprises Strategic Alliance Based On Cooperative Game Theory

With the swift and violent development of the economic globalization and science and technology, more and more administrators begin to realize that it is very difficult for the enterprises to survive and develop to only depend on their own strength in the environment of keen competition. It's needed to form strategic alliances for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in order to adapt to the global economic development. However, there are too many kinds of strategic alliances. This paper focuses on the issues of the enterprises how to select the appropriate strategic structure model.The starting research point in this paper is the integration of the strategic alliance and the enterprise development stage. According to the principle of the different needs of participation in Strategic Alliance in the different core competitiveness and resource capacity of the enterprise, the paper established the Evolution Model of the Enterprises Strategic Alliance and explored the its general law of development. This article holds that there are differences in the different models of the Enterprises Strategic Alliance between the degrees of cooperation, the resources of investing and the profit. The operating difficulty and the stability of the Enterprises Strategic Alliance also exist in a low to high, weak to strong evolutionary law. This evolution law meets the analysis conclusions based on the resources combinations and the perceived risks. At the same time, the article described the changes of the players'expected values in each time point during the process of structural and solved the time node problem of the conversion of the corporate strategic alliances mode based on the Cooperative Game Theory. Finally, this paper analyzes the development of China's strategic alliances based on the evolution law of the Enterprises Strategic Alliance, and provides the suggestions.
