Development Model Of Tourist-Moderate Historic Cities In North China

In recent years,being a strong momentum of tourism development,traveling to the historiccity such as Lijiang has become a fashion.This has promoted the development of this type ofresource and formed many different pattern of development model.In addition to the traditionalpopular tourist historic city,tourism development begin to focus on the tourist-moderate historiccity.Lots of tourist-moderate historic in north China have various issues in the tourismdevelopment,although they have advantages in resources.Their impact on the market and thelevel of tourism development is weak,so is the industrial system and product quality.This paperselects Pingyao as a case study to analyze the development status of the northerntourist-moderate historic city and the resource characteristics in common between them andPingyao.At the same time,this paper sum up the tourism development model of Pingyao fromthe following aspects:the balance between protection and development,the approaches ofmanagement and construction,the formation of the tourism industrial chain and the localizationof the tourism development.On this basis,combining of the development problems of Pingyaoand characteristics of the tourist-moderate historic city in north China,this paper will makerecommendations on the development model of the tourist-moderate historic city in north China.
