In recent years, the operational mode of enterprise's multi-project management have been accepted and approved by the management gradually. When carrying out in a large number of project managements, the contradictions and conflicts of all complex relationships are inevitable. Project manager plays an irreplaceable role or even decisive role on the project management, the conflict among them have become an increasing people's concern. A suitable conflict-measurement is good for enhancing enterprise awareness of the conflict among project managers, mining deep-seated causes and reasonable control. It also can stimulate enterprise implement multi-project effectively and orderly. So what indices and models were used to measure the conflict among project managers is the important issue need urgently to study and solve. This is a new area of research.The thesis focuses on establishing the index and measures to the conflict-measurement among project managers under the multi-project in Enterprises. Based on the large amount of foreign and domestic information and the analysis of current theory and models, the conflict-measurement theory was studied and summarized. Then it sums up the index system of the conflict-measurement among project managers under the multi-project in Enterprises. Furthermore, the thesis evaluates the index with DFGF Algorithm Model.Firstly, based on the large amount of foreign and domestic research results, the thesis elaborates on the foundational theories which include the multi-project management theory and conflict management theory, defines the concept and scope of the thesis subjects. And further it analysis the causes of conflict project managers. Secondly, for the design of index, the thesis overcomes the difficulty that there isn't index system of conflict-measurement. It proposes a model to outline ten dimensions including individual psychological expectation state, antagonism and organizational culture identification and 33 single indexes by the revised cluster evaluation. Then the thesis sets up a practically and dynamic index system based on experts'consultation.Thirdly, on the choice of measuring method, the thesis attempts to the revised Delphi method, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, Gray Correlation Analysis, and Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment collection from DFGF algorithm. The index weights are identified by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Then the thesis use Gray Correlation Analysis to statistics grades which given by project managers, and introduce Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment to elicit conclusion of appraisal. The result of measurement could be denoted by the quantitative grade, which greatly avoids the errors resulted from the subjective assessment, making convenient to standardize evaluation by computer.Finally, based on the conflict-measurement index system, the thesis integrates the DFGF Algorithm Model, specifies the process by a case, and then briefly analyses the conflict control strategy.
