To solve the conflict between economic development, urbanization occupyingmore land and the protection of farmland, the urban and rural construction land siteslinked has become an inevitable choice.For the studying area, the paper using diversemathematical models predicted hooking demand of urban construction land in2010and2020,and attained the main effective elements of rural resident hooking potential byprincipal component analysis,and divided the connties into different potentialclassification through clustering analysis,and distributeded each county hooking landscale by comprehensive method.Through results showing,the urban construction landhooking demands were4287.64hm2and1469.67hm2in2010and2020. The principleeffective elements of rural resident hooking potential were cultivated landareas,agricultural outputs,the total populations,personel rural settlements, ruralpopulations, GDP and perenel incomes.The counties were divided into three hookingpotential grade types in2010and2020. Calculating the rural dweller dot hookingpotential were72919.79hm2and1469.67hm2in2010and2020.Rural residentialhooking potential could meet the needs of urban construction land returning hookingindex return. The research showed that carrying urban and rural construction land oflinking could promote the economic development,improve urbanization level andprotect farmland.
