| This paper use statistical analysis to analysis of the textile and garmententerprises in Jinjiang City which the development situation and the problemsin recent years. And use the basic design framework of “external pressuresand opportunities-inherent transformation power-strategic transformationpathway " to research pressures and opportunities at home and abroad&inside and outside the economic and competitive environment changes to theoperation and development of the textile and garment enterprises of JinjiangCity and role of local government in promoting the strategic transformation ofthe textile and garment enterprises.
