Nowadays, we are in a society at a rapid development speed, and corporations are also in a complicated and rapid changed environment. How to react to the external environment and how to adjust the strategic target and to perform strategic transformation, are the urgent topics to them.PSZ ltd. founded in 1994, and began its business as trading. In the 20 years history, it has experienced twice successful strategic transformation. Finally, it comes to Brand Strategy. In the coming ages, PSZ has proposed its new strategic goal. It needs to perform strategic transformation urgently. In this article, I will utilize the Strategic Management related theories, use the PEST analysis mode, Michael Porter five forces model and SWOT method to totally and systematically analyze the external and industry environment during the strategic transformation, and combine together the interior resource and capacity, to know clearly about the opportunities and threats to company. Finally, I will advise on the dynamic capacity construction for PSZ’s new era.The main purpose for me to write on this topic is to help to other trade companies in power tools industry, even other trade companies in China, to know and to learn how to do strategic transformation in their development.
