With the continuous development of the Internet and the increasingly globalization of market competition, the traditional business culture of Japanese apparel enterprises is difficult to adapt, and the enterprises are also facing unprecedented huge challenges. At the same time, consumers' demand for clothes has shifted from high-end luxury goods to low-price and high-quality products, which has spawned the brand of SPA operation and management mode(hereinafter referred to as "fast fashion clothing brand").If Japanese apparel enterprises want to continue to develop in the changing garment market, they need to break away from the traditional organizational culture of Japan and make strategic transformation. At the same time, fast fashion clothing brand also needs to carry on innovation to the management mode.By analyzing the operation and management mode of UNIQLO,this paper compares the current situation of Shimada Shoji corporation(hereinafter referred to as "Shimada company")and explores the countermeasures for its current problems and possible opportunities in the future.Through the comparative study of two cases,it can provide some reference for Japanese enterprises in the same industry, especially those in traditional commercial culture. In addition, from a global perspective, the Japanese business community is unique in the commercial nature of Japan, while for the fast-selling fashion clothing brands, the business community in the near future is not a necessary business form. This paper proves that in supply chain management, the business community can cooperate with different suppliers and bring the added value of cost and innovation to clothing brands and consumers.
