Study On The Impact Of Distinct Drives And Controls Towards Strategic Transformation's Process

As an important branch of organizational change,strategic transformation gets more and more favors of practice and theory recently. From practice: since 1990s, the enterprises'strategic environment occur drastic change. It is forced to change, to enhance the enterprise's sustainable competitive ability. Consequently, practice calls theory to provide a complete strategic transformation solution, so as to guide enterprises effectively conducting strategic transformation. From theorists: strategic transformation research has obtained certain theoretical results, but it is rare relative to the strategic transformation as system engineering. Especially empirical studies haven't been studied depth in some filed such as strategic transformation's influence factors and the control method. Therefore, it can not provide relevant theoretical support to practical realm strategic transformation. So, strategic transformation becomes practice and theoretical urgent needs to solve a major issue.Different strategic transformation driver would cause strategic transformation presenting different features? Whether the management control mode correspond to specific strategic change target? In different transformation driven, how by different management control modes influence the control strategy of reform process features? These problems will become the academic and practice's focus problem. But so far, the study of influence forwards strategic reform process hasn't formed a unified research paradigm and consistent patterns.Based on this background, this paper accord to economics and management and so on relevant theories, using normative research, comparative analysis, logical induction and empirical analysis method, explores enterprise strategic transformation process factors. Firstly this paper reviewed theoretical basis and the domestic and foreign relevant research, integrate existing research on strategic transformation driving and introduce manage control mode. It concludes that the "strategic transformation driving– manage control mode - strategic transformation" research logic and puts forward relevant research hypotheses, and then through investigation questionnaire of empirical research verifies environment drive, enterprise drive and leader drives influence to managers control mode. And it verifies the influence of manage control mode to reform process features in certain drive. Finally, based on the analysis of the above, it put forward some enterprise strategic transformation suited for our country, and explain further research on this article.
