A Study On The Factors Influencing The Development Of China City Services Industry

Producer services is an industry that has high technical content, intensiveknowledge industrial, less resource consumption, small environment pollution, largedevelopment potential, a strong correlation degree with other industry, the importantvalue point in industry value chain, and has the strong radiation ability and leadingrole in the national economy. Developing produce services can not only deal with theimpact of the international economic situation, but also can help to realize the regionaleconomic growth mode, optimize industrial structure, and realize thegreat-leap-forward development of Local Economic. Clearing and identification thefactors of influencing producer services will make rational targeted industry policyand provide the basis to effectively promote the regional economic development forcity producer services.In this paper, we adopt principle and methods of Spatial Statistics to analysis thethe Factors Influencing the Development of China City Services Industry based on thechina191cities dates from2005to2010.The result shows that different factors havedifferent role for producer services. Specialization, industrialization and marketizationhasn’t significant effect on producer service.the level of informationization of citeshas significant positive effect.Human capital hasn’t significant effect on producerservice. The level of opening up to the development of producer services effect is notobvious；The factor of industry association between cities is through the significantlevel inspection, which suggests that the material level between the cities of mutualexchange produce due effect for the development of producer services. Informationflow and Knowledge spillovers between the cities has significantly role for thedevelopment of China City producer services. Study found that city producer servicesexist spatial autocorrelation, there are certain characteristics of the cluster and hasneighbor effect between different city; found that.further study show that producerservices have obvious cluster characteristics in the spatial distribution of the region.The high output value is concentrated in the eastern coastal province, namely theRound Bohai Area, Yangtze River delta and Pearl River delta forming high valueareas. The value’s distribution of Western region’ provinces are low forming lowvalue areas. The value is relatively high and the value’s distribution is relativelyconcentrated in Central provinces. The study show that the Chinese producer serviceindustry in the space dependence is mainly for traditional producer service. Modernemerging producer services in the province area haven’t produce clear space spillovereffect.
