Research On Emergency Logistics Management In The Demand Surge Triggered E-commerce Era

With the popularity of Internet and the coming age of E-business,Logistics plays an indispensable role as a network and chain between enterprises and also between enterprises and consumers.The interesting thing is,a special activity—logistics-Emergency Logistics is emerged,as the demanding is increased so badly which is caused by large-scale promotion.The present paper studies the emergency logistics from two aspects based on theoretical knowledge and literatures.(1)Management of Emergency logistics process under the sharp increase of demandTaking pre-,in-middle and after-events as main strain,the main contents of emergency logistics process management,which is caused by promotion triggered demand surge is analyzed from the angle of large-scale promotion events.The whole emergency logistics process is separated into five phases in this analysis,which is preparation,pre-estimation,adjusting,execution and evaluation.The preparation phase is' pre-event',and pre-estimation phase,the adjusting phase and execution phase are 'in-middle events',and evaluation phase is 'after event'.this paper deeply analyzed these five phases,and from the contents of each single phase,we can easily find that the phases are not only mutually influenced but also in a loop state,in a word,is a process of constant adjustment and improvement.(2)Scheme commodity emergency distribution under the sharp increase of demandUnder circumstance of self-build Logistics,when promotion triggered demanding surge happens,take single commodity as example,in order to meet the demand of consumer,within the bearable period of time,deliver the goods to the demand point in the shortest time by reasonably distributing the distribution quantity of each commodity distribution sites.By analyzing emergency logistics condition of one distribution sites,two distribution sites...,summarize the Logistic Distribution Scheme of multiple distribution sites,at last.
