Since China joined the WTO, international trade becomes more and morefrequently. In order to enable enterprises to occupy a favorable position in theincreasingly brutal price war, more and more enterprises will focus on the logisticscost control. In accordance with the scope of the logistics activities, logistics activitiescan be divided into procurement, logistics, production logistics, distribution logistics,recycling logistics and waste logistics. To ensure the sound operation of the enterpriselogistics system, the enterprises themselves should step up and pay attention toenterprise logistics management, systems procurement decisions, fully consider allaspects of cost, at the same time, political and economic changes, the introduction offoreign policy, a decisive change should aroused the attention of business and social.The only way to radically reduce the operating costs of enterprises.For the logistics management of ABC Company, the article uses the theoreticaland practical combination of analysis to identify the appropriate solution for manyproblems in the logistics management of ABC Company. The main research workincludes the following aspects: First of all, described the research background,research objectives, the research at home and abroad, the actual situation of the ABCCompany, present papers research framework. Secondly, about the logisticsmanagement concepts, principles, content, and then commissioned a study of agencytheory and third-party logistics through Lean Six Sigma to seek improvement in theinternal adjustment and external adjustment of ABC Company. Again, the use ofPorter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis, strategic analysis of the ABCCompany, identify the problems, in order of Chapter4. Finally, logistics managementas a breakthrough and refine the logistics management of specific issues, combinedwith the problem to find the appropriate solution.This paper focuses on the enterprise logistics management system and logisticsprocess optimization design; logistics limitation, reasonable. Strive to ABC Companyto be able to adapt the country’s foreign trade environment, active learning of therecent foreign policy, to grasp the pulse of the times, conform to the historical process, their own enterprise logistics management more scientific rationalization in order tomake itself more quickly grow up into a modern enterprise logistics, and promote theABC company’s logistics management has improved continuously, and the fullrealization of the role of logistics "the third profit source" from the traditionalenterprise logistics. For ABC Company to achieve the overall best, as far as possibleto reduce costs and increase efficiency.
