Based on the optimization of the organization structure, perfection of theorganization institution, we can obtain competitive advantage following these policies:to reduce the purchase cost by using cost transparency; to reduce the total cost ofsupplier chain and maintain the competition of the supplier chain through researchingand developing new product under the platform of supplier chain; to optimize designand reduce the manufacture and quality cost through FCR method. At the same time,adjustment according to environment change is needed to keep the competitivenessand to obtain new core competitiveness.
